From fluffy scrambled eggs for breakfast to southern-style smoked brisket for dinner, our food is consistently ranked best-in-class by our guests and is a major source of pride for us here at Pali. Even our bakery is helmed by a pastry chef hailing from a Michelin-rated restaurant in Napa Valley.

All of our meals are served buffet style in the Huckleberry Hall, our state-of-the-art dining facility, with a seating capacity for over 750 guests. Continental breakfasts can even be served in your meeting space to ensure that your group never misses a beat. While we are not only a nut-conscious facility, we can also accommodate all kinds of dietary restrictions, including: vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher-style and gluten-free menu options.
