In my opinion, the best group retreat location has to be in California. The golden state makes a golden retreat center. California has 1,360 locations that can fulfill your fantasy and is a perfect place to get away with your group for an adventure. You can just kick back, relax and enjoy the wilderness, spa experience and peaceful atmosphere. Facilities are available for rent to groups, corporate, churches, or social. The camp ground and staff will cater and pamper your every need. They will go as far as setting up themed cabins or cottages that will make you enjoy every second.

Some times you just have to get away to remove headaches, ill feelings and catch a good night rest. I personally enjoy exploring the woods by hiking common trails to enjoy the tranquility and solitude of Mother Nature. The wildlife can also be pleasurable. An occasional flying squirrel can be seen leaping off trees bound to the ground until it spreads it arms and float gently to another tree. Minnows can be seen squirming in the shallow creeks while dragon flies hovering above skimming the water here and there. California is truly the prefect retreat to enjoy the wildlife.
