You may schedule your event through our sales department at 909-867-5743 or fill out our “Contact Info” to make your initial inquiries.  A member of our staff will contact you with further information and responses.

We can book as far as a year in advance, however, it is possible to schedule an event for the following week as well.  Advance planning is always appreciated and not all requests can be honored without adequate notice.  We book on a first come, first served basis.

Our minimum is 25 guests and our maximum is 450 guests.

When booking more than 120 days in advance we require a 25% deposit, with another 25% deposit due 120 days prior to your event.  When booking within 120 days, we require a 50% deposit.

Payment in full for the balance must be submitted no less than 14 days prior to the event.  We must receive your final head count at this time.

You must cancel, in writing, 120 days prior to your arrival to receive a full refund.

We can offer a vegetarian menu but not a vegan menu.  We are happy to discuss any other unique requirements for religious or dietary needs.

There is a “no cooking” policy here at Pali Mountain.  All of our packages include meals.  You are welcome to bring drinks and snacks for consumption only inside your meeting room.

Pali Mountain does have a liquor license.  We can offer our groups a beer and wine package.  You must make arrangements ahead of time.

Yes, we have Wi-Fi in our main lodge.

We can offer each group a projector and a screen.  Some of our meeting spaces have speakers and microphones.  You must make your request at least two weeks prior to your arrival.

Our website (under Meeting Rooms Spaces) provides square feet and capacity for our meeting spaces. 

Pali has room for buses to drive in and turn around to drop off guests at our “Hot Zone”.  Caltrans and CHP will not allow buses longer than 40 ft on our Highways.  Please notify your bus company.

We have parking available for all guests but request that you carpool.

We have four Pali buses that can transport up to 100 guests (call for pick up/drop off rates).  During the winter months, we offer complimentary shuttle service to and from Snow Valley for groups that ski and snowboard.

Running Springs is at 6000 ft in elevation.  We experience all four seasons, from warm summers to snowy winters.  For weather information and road closures, go to www.noaa.gov or www.caltrans.gov.

Ontario International Airport is about 1 hour from Pali.  Los Angeles International Airport is about 2 hours from Pali.

There is always a host onsite who is available 24 hours.  We will give your group leader a name and phone number for your host upon arrival.

Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by noon.
